IoT Week 2012 and IoT International Forum

Participants will receive insight into recent IoT developments and find a unique opportunity to network and meet IoT experts from all over the world. Featured presentations will be from high-level representatives of industry, academia and politics. Workshops and panel discussions around the Internet of Things will complement the programme.

The objective of the annual event is to offer a platform for exchanging the latest news on research topics and revealing political and societal insights on the field of IoT.

The IoT Week 2012 will especially take stock of the latest EU IoT projects and developments on the following topics: IoT Cognitive Technologies, IoT Architecture, IoT Exploitation, IoT and energy, IoT Enabling Technologies, IoT in Health Care, IPv6 and IoT. Societal challenges such as Privacy and Security, IoT and Ethics as well as IoT Governance will also be addressed.
